Thanks to the DRUM function, which determines the cylinder development, i.e. the amount of yarn that will be wound on the cone during every stroke, it will be possible to program the number of meters required for each spool (TARGET) in accurate and reliable way and to automatically stop the position as soon as the previously programmed TARGET value is reached.
A dedicated function (COUNT) enables the real time display of wound meters.

The IS3F/MTC sensor can also detect the yarn lack condition caused, for instance, by a yarn breakage or by a wrong yarn winding around the splined drum.
The Image Variation Technology (BTSR patent) makes the IS3F/MTC sensors free from environment/yarn conditions, such as humidity, yarn conductivity and machine vibrations, as no contact with the yarn being controlled is required; this assures in a perfect monitoring without affecting the tension characteristics of the yarn itself.
Thanks to an innovative sensor management system and to the use of multi-connector cables, the SMART 200 MTC solution allows controlling up to 200 sensors, without requiring complex wiring and long installation times.

• “Touch light” function allows a precise and fast using of button sensor during different procedure. Bright(red and green) LEDs are used for controlling condition and alarm signalling.

• Closing cable part with security clip for correct inserction and best sensor proof.

• Little tiny dimension for an easy installation in different application and sensor reading image area of mm. 12×4

• IS3W/MTC sensor allows to operate in double modality: meter counter (Target) function and broken yarn function.

• External SMART 200 TPG or integrated controllers allows to utilize the sensors any kind of yarn and suitable for many different needing.
